If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to 7 Oaks Marketing, LLC, DBA Creative Tech Gadgets within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Any claim for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Credits and refunds
Refunds are processed the same way you paid for your merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your statement from the time we receive your return. We will notify you upon inspection of your return.
Merchandise returned must be in original packaging. The packaging must appear new with no damage. The product(s) need to be in original working condition with no internal or visible wear. A re-stocking fee of 15% may apply if the conditions are not met.
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information with anyone. Never. We will however, send you updates on new products if you signed up.
Orders are processed once payment has cleared within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there are any back orders or delays in shipping your order more than 2 days from the time of payment clearing. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States. How do we ship?
We ship primarily using USPS Priority mail.
We reserve the right to hold any order for a security review for up to 2 business days to verify payment before shipping.
